Building a Culture of Appreciation

This book will help pastors and leaders appreciate people with intentionality. Appreciation begins with valuing the individual person, no matter their background, ethnicity or gender. God entrusts into our hands the resources of people, money, time and knowledge. We can “use” money, time and knowledge but we are to never “use” people – our call is to develop them. Appreciation requires building that kind of culture, environment and atmosphere. Good leaders need wisdom and patience to do this.
